8月10日、Childline Uganda事務所内にて子供たちとその介護士に対して石鹸を配布しました。
彼らは石鹸を受け取り、とてもうれしく、そしてとてもハッピーになってました。メンタル面でハンディキャップを持ってるNassaazi Winfredも「3日も石鹸なしで水浴びしてたが、これからは毎日石鹸を使える。ありがとう！」と語ってました。

119人の子供たち（男子：47、女子：72）と73人の介護士（男性：2、女性：71）、計192人に公衆衛生の教育をし、石鹸を配布した。27名はHIV陽性、92名は孤児で弱い者であった。HIV陽性者のうち、12名が男子、15名が女子であった。また孤児のうち35名が男子、57名が女子であった。

On the 10th of august we have given soap to some of our vulnerable children and their caregivers at the office premises. The children who have benefited are those within the town council of Mityana and its outskirts. Many children and their caregivers were very excited and happy to receive soap and some of them narrated like NASSAAZI WINFRED one of the mentally hand-capped children we have saying that, “ I have taken three days without bathing with soap but now am going to bath everyday and my mum. She has not been having money to buy soap, so thank you REIKO!!!.”

Those are some of the testimonies of poor people suffering and thanking childline Uganda for the good work. We have taught hygeiene and given out soap to 119 children (47 male and 72 female) and 73 caregivers (2 male and 71 female) totaling to 192 vulnerable people as analyzed below;

On that number of children 27 were HIV positive and 92 were orphans and other vulnerable children as shown in the graph below;

From the graph above 12 were male and 15 were female all HIV positive and those who are orphans and other vulnerable children 35 were male and 57 were female.
The clients were very excited to receive the soap and asked for more soap saying that they are in poor condition of no money even to buy other basic needs.
